You may return items purchased from Nercraft Decor within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

– Unused and in the same condition as you received it.

– In the original packaging with all tags attached.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

– Sale items or gift cards.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your order number on the outside of the package.

 

4. Return Shipping  

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
